Shipping Policy

All items are made to order — nothing is pre-printed or held in stock, so please build production time into your expectations.

Production time: 5–7 business days from order confirmation (and proof approval, for personalized items) before your item ships. Complex or multi-color orders may take longer.
Shipping time: 2–5 business days via USPS Ground Advantage, added on top of production time. Priority Mail upgrade available on request.
You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

Because most items are made specifically for you, our return policy works a little differently than off-the-shelf retail:

Personalized/custom items (names, teams, dates, custom designs) are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started, except for printing defects or errors on our part.
Non-personalized/stock items: returns accepted within 30 days of delivery, in unused condition.
Damaged in transit: contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.

Custom Order Process

Tell us what you're picturing — text, a reference image, team colors/logo, dimensions, whatever you've got.
We confirm the details and send a quick digital proof before anything goes to the printer.
Production begins once you approve the proof — changes become difficult after this point.
Minor revisions before production starts are free; changes requested after production has started may incur a reprint fee.
Full refund if canceled before production starts; once printing has begun, orders are non-refundable since materials and machine time are already committed.
